Hi!
This is Dr Clare Turner a.k.a. Dr Maths Physics. I've been away from YouTube for a while but now I'm putting together some new (and improved) material. With the help of my lovely husband I'm making two series in parallel: 'Nuke that Myth' and 'Weird and Wonderful Questions'. As a tutor and an educationalist I've come across so many scientific myths and misconceptions, so I'm going to explain why they are myths and finish each episode by microwaving something I really shouldn't. 'Weird and Wonderful Questions' is inspired by my wonderful students and their curiosity. We thought 'Nuke that Myth' was such an awesome idea it deserved its own webpage!
